The TSS Foundation proudly presents the next event in our 2026 Business Breakfast Series, featuring Sam Thaiday and Tommy Herschell.
Sam Thaiday is a former professional rugby league player who represented the Brisbane Broncos, Queensland, and Australia, known for his long career in the NRL (2003–2018). In 2025, Sam Thaiday won I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Australia, donating the $100,000 prize to the charity Find Ya Feet.
Born in Sydney and raised in Townsville with Torres Strait Islander heritage, Thaiday Played over 300 games for the Brisbane Broncos, captaining the team (2012–2013) and winning the 2006 premiership. Post football, Sam became a media personality on the Nine Network, host of the "Thank God It's Thaiday" show on Nova, and a mental health advocate including an Ambassador of Find Ya Feet which mentors young people through mental health advocacy.
