Join Cass for DrumItUp - a 90 minute community drum circle. You will learn playing techniques and have fun with rhythm. This is beginner friendly and drums are provided if you don't have one and there is NO hiring fee.Together we will explore world rhythms to enable you to CREATE, feel EMPOWERED and CONNECT through drumming. Cass is a musician (BMus) and certified Drum Circle Facilitator with a special interest in world rhythms and the healing qualities of drumming. Drumming has many known health benefits and is simply great fun. A variety of percussion instruments are available and at times we will explore how a percussive sound will cut through the drumming to offer a musical experience. Drumming is for everyone! If you are sound sensitive I supply ear plugs. Alternatively, may I suggest 'DrumItUp - Rhythms & Soul' which is a 90 minute meditative hoop drum session.
