✨ What is a Kiva?
A Kiva is a sacred ceremonial space traditionally built within the earth — a place where people gather in circle for prayer, storytelling, decision-making, and spiritual connection. Across many indigenous cultures, the Kiva represents returning to the womb of Mother Earth, remembering humility, listening deeply, and reconnecting with the wisdom of community.
The Kiva Gathering brings together elders from different traditions around the world to share teachings, prayers, and cultural wisdom that support healing for people, land, and future generations. These gatherings are rooted in respect, reciprocity, and the understanding that when we come together in prayer, we create real change.
This event supports the ongoing work of the Roots of the Earth Family, an international collective uniting elders and communities globally to pray for peace, cultural preservation, and the protection of ancestral wisdom.
