REDI workshop - Ballarat
About
Responding Effectively in Difficult Interactions (REDI) is a skillset not just for improving our interactions at work, but for our personal relationships too. This workshop has been developed by the Lifeline (Melbourne & Ballarat) Workplace and Community Training Team, and delivered to over 600 participants across government, corporate and community settings in the last 12 months.This in-person workshop will help you:
- Understand the brain in crisis
- Develop effective communication skills
- Learn de-escalation strategies
- Have conversations about suicide
- Understand how to refer consumers to other supports
- Look after yourself following difficult interactions.
Due to demand, we are extending the offer of $170 (inc. GST) registration cost. Please have your Uniting cost centre ready to enter when you register. Payment will be processed manually after registration.
PLEASE NOTE: Registrations cannot be processed without manager approval.
