International Women’s Day Panel + Reformer Class

Join us for a special International Women’s Day event celebrating the incredible women of Upstate! ⚡️We will start with a 30-minute Reformer class, followed by a panel with Bonnie Costa, Kate Welsh, Sienna Doolan, and hosted by Gail Asbell, sharing their journeys at Upstate, lessons learned, and stepping into leadership.
The intention is to create space for connection, shared stories, and inspiration within our own community. We’ll finish with refreshments and snacks.
