A delightful bit of pre-industrial woodworking. Create a lovely 3 legged stool using traditional woodworking skills, the way it has been done for centuries. This workshop is a physical, very satisfying one! Your stool will last your lifetime & into the next generations'.A THREE part workshop series over the following dates: 11 March, 18 March and 25 March. Held on Wednesday evenings 5:30-8:00pm. Price includes all three sessions!
Start with pieces of tree and create your own Lund Stool - an 11th Century Viking-Era stool with its characteristic D-shaped top. So much fun to make!
A workshop for people of any gender of all ages, including kids from a minimum age of 12 years.
Total workshop fee: $330 incl.GST per person, including materials we supply.
Sturdy covered shoes are essential (See T&Cs) That means No Crocs, no pumps, no sandals - the whole foot covered. Failure to comply will result in exclusion from the event.
