Congratulations! You have been accepted to join our AniSyd Express Art Mart. So pack your bags and suitcases because we are in for a ride~

On behalf of AniSyd and AMAA, we would like to humbly invite you to our first collaborative art market. Please pay the vendor fee now to be officially accepted into our art mart.

The deadline for this payment is 30th March 2026, 11:59 PM. If you fail to pay and complete the form before the deadline, we will disqualify your application.

EVENT DETAILS
Location: Lower Town Hall, Sydney Town Hall
Date: Saturday, 16 May - Sunday, 17 May
Trading Times: 10 AM - 4 PM
Bump-in: Saturday, 16 May, 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Bump-out: Sunday, 17 May, 4:00 PM - 6:00PM

Full Table Prices:
1) AnimeSydney Member: $140
2) Non-member: $160

Selected Tabling Artist Package
- 1 x Trestle Table (1.8m L x 0.7m H x 0.7m W)
- 2 x Chairs
- NOTE: No back wall. Your booth can be up to 3m high from the ground.

REMINDERS:
🔴Please ensure you do NOT stick anything on the floor or wall due to venue restrictions.
🔴Food and drinks are allowed inside the venue for artists and staff but please remain within your space when consuming and clean up after yourself.
🔴Artists are responsible for their own POS equipment for cashless payments. We still recommend bringing cash in case of technical issues!
🔴Please keep in mind that Town Hall has a weak Wi-Fi network because it is public. Prepare your own hotspot, bring your own portable chargers and anything you would need for smooth transactions~
