Winter invites us to slow down and allow time for Listening, Integration and Gestation. At this potent time of the Winter Solstice, calling women to join us for a deep immersion of 6 days and 5 nights in wild nature, to Dance, Listen, Rest & Recalibrate working with Embodied movement practises of 5Rhythms dance & Dance Therapy, Nature Practises, Meditation, Song & Ceremony.

The 5Rhythms Dance Elemental map of Earth (Flow), Fire(Staccato), Water (Chaos), Air(Lyrical) and Ether(Stillness), Dance Therapy & Nature Practises are our guide to re- connect with our inner world. Working with qualities of Breath and Spaciousness, we journey into the Stillpoint within us, listening to what is present and calling our attention to be met, held and healed. In this space of stillness and spaciousness, we expand our capacity to connect with and meet all parts of ourselves, - both shadow and light, pain and beauty, disconnection and belonging welcoming a new sense of wholeness and peace.

What are we ready to leave behind at the turning of this cycle? What support do I need to rekindle my inner light? The warmth and safety of our sacred sisterhood circle creates a potent chrysalis for nourishment and transformation, planting seeds for new beginnings.

Our stellar facilitation team brings together an amazing team of highly experienced women who have been working together for many years creating a powerful and potent heartful space.

Radiance5Rhythms dance director Michelle Mahrer is your host and will weave the immersive journey leading the movement experiences working with 5Rhythms Dance, Witnessing movement, Dance therapy and co facilitating the womens circle.

Sara-Jane Cleland will offer early morning Yoga, co-facilitate the Women’s Circle, as well as support the retreat with spaceholding, and the creation and holding of Sacred Space with her stunning installations.

Geeti Rogers and Aviva Pinkus will ignite our voices and hearts with heartsongs and chanting, and offer relaxing sound healings to integrate the movement experiences, with an array of gongs, crystal bowls, percussive instruments and voice. Evocative live soundscapes will also accompany the dance.

Amanda Christensen of Wild Earth has been nourishing us for many years with her delicious wholefood cuisine infused with love.
