March 8th is International Women’s Day, and I would like to invite you to a safe place where you can step into your feminine energy.Women hold so much in so many ways, much more these days than they were designed to hold. So, on March 8th, take some time away and step into your divine feminine energy to honour yourself and women everywhere.
You will be held, supported and nurtured with a beautiful Women’s Mini retreat.
We will begin with a meditation with crystal singing bowls, followed by a gentle yoga flow through the water element – exploring our fluidity.
Then relax and get cosy as I guide you into yin breathwork (rebirthing breathwork). There is no hard work with this breath, only the power of gentleness. This is not intense mouth breathing but circular nose breathing. This breath activates the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing you into a deep state of rest, restore and repair so that energetic shifts may occur. You will find you are more resilient and relaxed for days after this breathwork.
You will be supported in this breath through my guiding voice and a sound bath journey consisting of high-quality 432hz crystal bowls (15 of them), chimes, shamanic drums, percussion and more. The sound bath helps to regulate the nervous system and allows you to relax and let go of resistance even more.
We will integrate the experience with our voices through a chakra balancing meditation to close our practice.
There will be time for sharing, pulling cards and tea /refreshments. Participants will receive a gift.
The day is designed to help bring you back into a state of harmony, to remember who you are, to release and to allow yourself the relaxation, nurturement, the feeling of warmth and softness and balance that many women crave.
