The two day Backyard Beekeeping Course with Bruce White OAM will be hosted by Bathurst Beekeepers Inc. on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March from 9:00 am till 4:30 pm each day.Bruce White OAM, who has spent his career in the apiary industry in NSW DPI has extensive knowledge of beekeeping and frequently delivers courses for the Amateur Beekeepers Association.
The course will cover topics such as protective clothing, hive design, hive management, bio-security, honey extraction, handling of Flow Hive and a whole lot more in a hands-on practical weekend.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided each day.
