Join us to support Team Australia to compete in the Bocuse d’Or World Cuisine Contest in Lyon, France.
Mister Bianco’s Joe Vargetto, Australia’s 2001 Bocuse d’Or competitor, is proud to support the 2026 competitor Paul Golding,
and the Chef who has mentored them both: Philippe Mouchel.

Together they present a refined French menu to enjoy with Pommery Champagne and Handpicked Wines, hosted by MC Gabriel Gaté.

All funds raised will assist Team Australia on the Road to Lyon.
