Tai Chi with David ZarbA wonderful opportunity for those who have trained in any Martial Art or Tai Chi previously. Learn new skills, hone existing techniques and reap the benefits of this Internal Martial Art. Expert tuition from an internationally recognised Coach with over 50 years experience. Come along and continue your martial journey in a calm and caring environment. Any age, gender or skills level are welcome
10 weeks commencing Wednesday 22nd April to 24th June at 10:30am - 11.30 am.
Full Cost $150; Concession $120
Please consult with your medical professional before you enrol for Tai Chi classes.
In the hot weather please make sure you bring along a water bottle to keep hydrated.
