Wyndham City Council Youth Services would like to invite everyone for a family inclusive Outdoor Movie Night , presenting Jurassic World (2015 , running time 124 minutes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFinNxS5KN4 .

Location : Lawrie Emmins Youth Precinct , 100 Sayers Road Laverton North

Time : 6 -8.45PM ( Movie to commence at 6.30PM Sharp)

Food and drink vendors available on the night tbc

These Conditions of Entry apply to this event. Attendees must comply with the Conditions of Entry below so that everyone can enjoy the event in safety and comfort.

Food and alcohol
BYO food is permitted at this event. Alcohol is not permitted.

Smoking and Vaping
This is a Smoke and Vape free event

Photography/Filming
Live streaming or broadcasting of any element of this event is not permitted. Commercial photography is not permitted without prior permission from Council.

Children
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Pets and animals
With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted at this event.

Advertising and the sale or hire of goods
Attendees are not permitted to sell or offer for sale or hire any items, nor to distribute handbills, pamphlets, notices or other advertising materials, without prior permission from Council.

Anti-social behaviour
Anti-social behaviour is prohibited. This event is intended to be family friendly, safe and comfortable for all attendees. Council requires that attendees behave in a safe, responsible and courteous manner at all times.

Be SunSmart
It is recommended that attendees take proper SunSmart precautions at this event including staying hydrated and using sunscreen.

COVID-19
Attendees must comply with all current Victorian Government COVID-19 requirements.

Property
Attendees are responsible for all personal property brought to this event and must not leave their property unattended. Council reserves the right to remove any property left unattended at this event.

Consent in relation to images and photographs
By attending this event, attendees consent to the capturing and publishing of their image in authorised promotional photos and videos in whatever format and forum Council chooses.

Compliance with laws and directions
Attendees must comply with all laws follow any reasonable direction given by a Council officer, authorised event security personnel or Police.

Cancellation and/or modification of event
Council reserves the right to cancel and/or modify this event at any time. Cancellations and modifications will be advised via Council’s website (insert link to landing page) and the Wyndham City Facebook page (www.facebook.com/wyndhamcitycouncil).

Failure to Comply with Conditions of Entry
Failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry may result in an attendee being removed from the event and refused re-entry to this event and/or future Council events.
