Marlhes Restaurant Dinner
Join us for a modern Mediterranean set menu, that will see our VET students serving three courses. Our young chefs will be focusing on fresh summer flavours, seasonal produce and utilising great technique, whilst our budding front-of-house staff will enjoy being on the floor in The Marlhes dining room for the very first time.
