We warmly invite you to the launch of the comic book New Girl at School by Rebecca Seidner.

 Rebecca, a Jewish woman living with cerebral palsy, has created a deeply personal and engaging story inspired by her own childhood experiences. Set in the 1980s, the book follows Sarah, a young girl attending an Orthodox Jewish primary school, as she navigates the challenges and joys of school life while living with a disability.

 Through humour, honesty, and warmth, Rebecca offers readers an accessible and moving glimpse into what it was like to grow up with a disability in the 1980s — and into the world of Jewish day school life at that time.
