This training workshop has been designed for the business owner, admin chief, whatever your role is, to get a really good understanding and hands on what Quickbooks is all about and how you can use it best for your day to day bookkeeping, financial reporting requirements. It is NOT about replacing your BAS Agent, Tax Agent, Accountant, Financial Planner. You still need them, this is about me teaching you how to manage your business better, more streamlined, paperless and open up your mindset about keeping a pulse on your business while knowing what is going on.From sending a quote, adding an invoice on the run using your mobile phone, snapping a photo of a receipt from bunnings to finalising a BAS, printing your profit and loss report and understanding what it all means, getting a handle on your financials, keeping clean accounts, this workshop will no doubt save hours of time each week / month on keeping their business books in order. The mileage app included is a bonus the tradies love using as once you turn it on, it runs in the background providing reports for your tax return super easy.
This workshop is hands on so you will be going through the steps with me so you get to watch, do and explore during these 3 weeks.
Each week will be approx 1.5-2 hours - this depends on the attendees as no-one is left behind and I want to ensure everyone understands what they are doing so it is implemented immediately.
After the third week, I expect the attendees to feel confident in what they are doing day to day and have a good grasp on the business and reading the reports while understanding the story.
How many are guilty of sending the figures off to their accountant and hoping for the best as that what the accountant is there for, right? This will show you where all your money goes - a question I hear a lot!!
THis is YOUR business, so lets understand what it is you are giving to your accountant and what is being reported to the tax man. Believe me, they will be so pleased you are showing an interest in your figures and opening up meaningful conversations. Ever wondered what it would be like to run a budget, some KPI's, what about cashflow reports? All at your fingertips.
A zoom invite for the event will be sent out the day before the event is to commence (Monday 2nd March).
Please check your camera and speaker prior to joining the workshop on Tuesday morning so we can start without delays and everyone is included with microphones and cameras on. This is, after all, a training workshop for you, the small business owner, admin chief, whatever your role is, I am pleased you have come to my workshop.
