The Let's Talk November 2026 Mental Health First Aid run over four Wednesdays being the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th from 6.00pm - 9.30pm each week. You must attend all four evenings to complete the course and an online component to receive your accreditation. This course is for people 18 years and over.
