Commencing 2nd March 2026Athlete’s Edge is a structured four-week nutrition program designed specifically for young athletes aged 9–16 who are training regularly and wanting to feel stronger, more energised and more confident in their sport.
Many developing athletes train multiple times each week yet still feel tired, flat at training, or unsure about what to eat around sessions and competition. This program provides clear, practical guidance to ensure young swimmers are fuelling appropriately to support both performance and growth.
Throughout the four weeks, families are guided through the key foundations of performance nutrition, including sustained energy through carbohydrates, effective protein and hydration strategies, immune and recovery support, and race-day fuelling confidence. The focus is on building consistency, understanding and long-term habits — not perfection.
The program includes a printed Athlete’s Edge workbook, practical meal and snack guidance, a smoothie recipe guide, and two personalised Zoom consultations. The first consultation establishes individual goals and strategies, and the follow-up session ensures progress, accountability and refinement.
