The Aggression Management Training (AMT) training day equips mental health staff with strategies to safely prevent, de-escalate, and manage aggressive behaviour. Learn evidence-based techniques, risk assessment skills, and communication strategies to protect both staff and consumers while maintaining a therapeutic environment. Essential for clinicians in mental health and acute care settings.The day includes staff mandatory competencies of Basic Life Support, Hand Hygiene and Aseptic Technique.
