Hidden World of Huntington's Disease – Opening Night
About
Join us in Spectrum to celebrate Hidden World of Huntington's Disease on Thursday 26 March 2026 from 5pm to 7pm.Hidden World of Huntington's Disease brings into view the everyday realities of living with Huntington's Disease.
Through photos and personal commentary, people with lived experience of Huntington's disease share moments that are rarely seen or spoken about.
These powerful photos do not seek to define the condition. Instead, they invite us to pause, notice and reflect. They reveal vulnerability, isolation, perseverance, strength and hope.
Hidden World of Huntington's Disease is grounded in an approach where people with lived experience of Huntington's disease shape how their stories are seen and understood. Through photos drawn from their everyday lives and words written in their own voices, they speak for themselves. This work centres their perspectives not as research participants but as storytellers and knowledge holders.
