People and Culture are seeking expressions of interest for this newly launched leadership program, with the first cohort commencing in March.Prior to booking, please discuss your interest in participating with your leader and reflect on how the program will support your leadership development and longer-term career goals.
Lead@UWA has been co-designed with the Australian Institute of Management and will equip you to:
• lead with self-awareness and in alignment with your strengths and UWA values;
• create inclusive, psychologically safe team environments;
• coach, develop and communicate for performance; and
• build high-performing, collaborative teams.
