Year 10 Porongurup Camp
About
Our Year 10`s will be going on a camp to our school property in Porongurup.This is situated between mt Barker and the town of Albany, on the south west coast.Students will camp out on the school property so they are expected to come with their tents. However, they will be permitted to share tents with their peers.
All meals will be provided but students are allowed to bring money, as we will visit a few shops and places of cultural importance, where they may wish to purchase items.
The weather might be a bit cooler then and students are expected to bring clothing and bedding that is weather appropriate. They will be going to Albany and Denmark where activities have been booked for them.
There will be a number of activities the students will complete, like mountain climbing, hiking and various team building activities.
A detailed information booklet will be provided to the students and Consent to go will be sent home ASAP.
