⚔️ RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
16 brewers enter → 8 advance to next round → 4 semifinals
Top 2 face off in a final brewing battle
Judging is blind — 3 expert palates, no bias
No personal gear (except optional scales WDT tool) — we provide brewers, water, filters & cups
Mystery beans and grinder revealed at a pre-battle training session
💥 FORMAT
☕ Each round: 25g of coffee provided
⏱️ 2 min prep + 6 min brew
🧼 5 min cleanup
📏 Output: 210ml minimum — underpour = disqualification
🎟️ ENTRY FEES
Spectators: $5
Competitors: $85 (includes 3x50g coffee, gear, beans, access to training session)
Each brewer may bring one supporter for free
