Join us as we officially launch the Clinical and Referral Guidance Hub, a moment to acknowledge and thank the many health professionals whose time, expertise and feedback shaped the development of this new resource.This event marks the Hub’s formal introduction as a SEMPHN‑supported tool for primary care across south east Melbourne. It brings together early users to reflect on the platform’s journey, highlight the impact of clinician input, and showcase the Hub’s features and future potential.
The launch celebrates the collective effort behind the Hub and reinforces SEMPHN’s commitment to partnering with clinicians and valuing their insights, experience and contribution.

- PAYMENT: Participants will receive payments of $200 for attendance and feedback.
