Introduction to Publishing Part 2 - Journal selection and publication ethics
This is the second of two sessions on the topic of publishing, discussing the HOWs of publishing and the ‘technical’ aspects.
The session will outline important aspects of the publishing process, from selecting the right journal, copyright issues and what you need to know, to setting up your unique digital identifier (ORCiD). The workshop will also address the sometimes delicate issue of co-authorship and discuss publication ethics.
Facilitated by Jennifer Moore, Library Services Centre and Marc Fellman, Research Governance.
This workshop forms part of the unit CPR6100 - Communicating and Presenting Research. All ECU higher degree by research students are welcome to attend even if you are not enrolled in CPR6100.
In-class attendance and participation is required to receive resources.
