You are warmly invited to join our weekly expressive arts group — a safe, gentle space to pause, breathe, and simply be.In the busyness of daily life, this group offers intentional time and space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community setting. Through visual arts, poetry, movement, dance, music, reflective writing, and optional sharing, we explore creative pathways for self-expression, inner awareness, and connection.
Each session is guided with care and sensitivity, allowing you to move at your own pace. There is no pressure to perform or produce — only an invitation to notice, feel, create, and reflect. No artistic experience is needed, and sharing is always invitational.
This space gently supports emotional exploration in a contained and respectful environment, encourages reconnection with the body through mindful movement and music, and nurtures self-awareness and meaningful community connection.
These sessions are facilitated by Healing Arts Movement Collective — Laura, Alona, and Jaana — who bring a wealth of experience in the expressive arts field, holding spaces that are grounded, trauma-aware, and deeply respectful of each person’s process.
