for another of our very popular "Sundowners and Spit-Roast" evenings.
Enjoy succulent spit-roasted free-range Pork Loin,
cooked rotisserie-style for 5-hours, low and slow over gidgee charcoal.
Served up with an Idaho Potato, Creamy Coleslaw, and a Crusty Roll.
Dessert is a "Peters Drumstick"
