The Fleurieu Community Foundation Mid Term Review of Strategic Plan is a community-focused event where the Foundation reflects on progress made towards the goals set in its current strategic plan. It brings together Foundation members, partners and local stakeholders to assess what’s been achieved so far, identify what’s working well, and consider any adjustments needed to ensure the Foundation continues to effectively support community priorities across the Fleurieu Peninsula. This review helps guide future grant-making, community partnerships and initiatives so the Foundation’s work remains relevant, impactful and aligned with the evolving needs of the region.Date
