CatholicCare NT Morning Tea – Programs & Supports
About
Foster and Kinship Carers are invited to attend a morning tea information session with CatholicCare NT.This session will provide an overview of key Child, Family and Mental Health programs available to support children, young people and carers, including:
• Family Mental Health Support Services (early intervention support for children and young people up to 18 years)
• Children & Parenting Support Program (parenting and carer support, case management and group programs)
The session will cover eligibility, referral pathways and how carers can access support services.
This is an information session designed to strengthen carers’ understanding of available community supports and referral options.
