Nail that Interview - for TEENS
About
Teen Job Interview Skills Workshop
Help Your Teen Feel Confident in Their First Job Interview
Is your teenager applying for their first part-time job?
Many teens struggle in interviews — not because they aren't capable, but because no one has ever shown them how interviews actually work.
Simple questions like:
“Tell me about yourself.”
can cause even confident students to freeze.
This practical 90-minute workshop prepares teens for real job interviews through guided coaching, examples and live practice.
No lectures.
No theory.
Just practical preparation that builds confidence.
What Your Teen Will Learn
Your teen will learn how to confidently answer the four most common interview questions, including how to:
• Structure clear, confident answers
• Avoid common mistakes that cost students jobs
• Speak naturally without sounding rehearsed
• Manage nerves during interviews
We will also cover:
• What time to arrive (and why it matters)
• What to wear for different interview situations
• First impressions and body language
• How to follow up professionally after an interview
Plus guidance on different interview formats including:
• One-on-one interviews
• Group interviews
• AI / recorded interviews
Your teen will leave knowing exactly what to expect and how to respond.
