This event is dedicated to every kid who ever wore cargo pants and/or a flannel shirt! Or went to gigs with a long-sleeve under their band tee.We're throwing a Pride of our Footscray club night dedicated to grunge, alternative and punk.
Jump around as we celebrate how Nirvana emerged from Seattle and changed music forever. With a little help from legends such Pearl Jam, Sonic Youth, Sound Garden, Alice in Chains, Tool, L7 and Hole. You'll also hear from heaps more on the night, like Green Day, Blink, Chilli Peppers and some of the 90s Australian legends like Magic Dirt, Regurgiator and Jebediah.
In true Pride style there'll be incredible drag and burlesque from Mischa en Scene, Moxie Delite, Gore Whore, and Mr. Misty-Eyed, plus live DJ sets from Sunny Bonez and Saatana Lee-Rose.
Take a break from raging against the machine to enjoy a fun night out, we deserve it, as we remember the peak of music!
Doors open at 9pm. Goes till 1:30am, last drinks 1am.
2 for $25 Vodka Redbulls available all night.
Please note: Pride of our Footscray is located on the first floor of a venue with no elevator and is therefore not accessible by wheelchair. We sincerely apologise for our reduced accessibility.
