Calling all CSPS families! Join us for our first community event of the year, the CSPS Welcome Picnic, proudly hosted by the FACE Team (Fundraising and Community Engagement).Relax with the DJ, grab a drink at the bar, and enjoy delicious food available to purchase on the day. Meet new friends and catch up with old ones. It’s the perfect way to kick off the year together.
This is a cashless event. EFTPOS will be available at the bar, BBQ, food truck and token stand.
TOKENS
Tokens are the official currency of the picnic.
$1 = 1 token (sold in bundles of 10 for $10).
Tokens can be used for:
-BBQ
-Bar
-Popcorn, fairy floss and icy poles
-Non-alcoholic drinks
-Face painting
-Food truck (EFTPOS preferred)
Wristbands: $18 per child. Provides unlimited access to the Kids Fun Zone from 4:30 to 6:30pm.
Tip for new families: 1 wristband and $20 in tokens per child is a great starting point. Pre-purchasing tokens will help you avoid queues and spend more time enjoying the night. It’s also a great opportunity for children to practise managing their own tokens.
Raffle 🎁
Want to win a delicious gourmet hamper? How about a family photoshoot + digital images valued at $640 courtesy of Willow Photography, or a term of weekly group guitar or piano lessons valued at $590 courtesy of Sharon Davis Music? Entries are $10 each or 3 for $25, and you can enter as many times as you like. The more entries, the better your chances.
Please note: You will not receive a physical raffle ticket. All purchases are automatically recorded and entered into the draw on the night.
A couple of reminders:
-Bring coins for the lolly toss
-BYO reusable cups for the bar
Reusable CSPS keep cups will also be available for purchase on the night.

(Online sales close 11:59PM 25th March- tokens + wristbands can be purchased at the event, but skip the lines and buy early!)
