YEAR 12 FORMAL | CLASS OF 2026

When: Friday, May 1st | 6:30pm - 10:30pm
Where: Leonda by the Yarra - 2 Wallen Road, Hawthorn

Tickets: $155 per person (inc. meal and drinks). Please be aware that there is a limit of 2 tickets per booking.

Seating: Tickets booked under one booking will be sat together. A full seating chart will be created closer to the event, and students will have the option of nominating who they sit with.

Guest Policy

All guests of Mac.Rob students in attendance at Formal must be currently enrolled in a Victorian School. All attendees will be required to show their student ID on the night for entrance into the venue. Any students who have concerns regarding the Mac.Rob guest policy, please email Ms. Rose and Mr. Crowe.

All attendees will be expected to adhere to the Mac.Rob Code of Conduct. Anyone who fails to meet expectations in the Code of Conduct may be requested to leave accompanied by a parent/emergency contact.

Guests with medical conditions (anaphylaxis, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, etc.) are expected to bring their own medications to the event.

When completing a guest ticket, you will be required to provide:

• Their full name.
• Name of the school they are enrolled at.
• Their date of birth.
• Their contact number.
• Their emergency contact person and number.
• Indication if they have any medical conditions (anaphylaxis, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, etc).

• This is an indoor event. Capacity for this event is limited; bookings are essential, and entry will not be granted without a booking.
• We recommend attendees wear a high-quality, well-fitted face mask (i.e. an N95 mask) while indoors.
• Stay home if you are unwell, have been in contact with a COVID-positive person, or have a COVID-positive family member isolating in your home.
