About
Ready to run your own creative workshops but not sure about how to take the leap? This practical and supportive workshop with experienced artist and lecturer Ju-Yuen Chew will guide you step by step through the essentials of running your own creative workshop.You’ll learn how to:
- design and structure engaging workshops
- manage bookings and promotion
- plan logistics and prepare resources
- deliver sessions with confidence and impact
To support your learning, each participant will also receive a one-on-one follow-up session with Ju-Yuen to refine a workshop program you’ve developed. This will be the following Tuesday between 5pm - 8.30pm.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to strengthen your facilitation skills, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to set yourself - and your future participants - up for success.
