Landscape Mosaics Workshop
About
Join us for an exciting landscape mosaic workshop designed for those who have previously attended my one of my classes or have experience with mosaics! This is a level 2 class.In this workshop, you’ll create a mosaic piece inspired by a photograph of your favorite landscape. We'll be working on an A4-sized pre prepared canvas using indoor adhesives, materials, and various techniques. Under the guidance of mosaic artist Cayla Pothan, you’ll work in a small group to create your unique glass artwork, incorporating mirrors, found objects, and embellishments on a timber canvas.
**What to Expect:**
- Create a personalized mosaic piece reflecting your favorite landscape.
- Learn innovative techniques and design tips in a supportive environment.
- Take home your completed artwork after the three sessions!
- All materials, tools, and a complimentary cuppa provided.
**Workshop Schedule:**
- **Saturday, 21st March:** 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM - Mosaic Techniques and Creation
- **Sunday, 22nd March:** 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM - Extra time for completion (piece larger than usual)
- **Sunday, 29th March:** 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM - Grouting and polishing your completed piece
