Melbourne Region is running a Skills day for Leaders and interested Parents.It's a drop-in, have a chat, meet others, try you hand at using / (re)learning basic Scouting Skills. The sort of stuff that Leaders would like to know, should know, would like to learn, be able to teach, day
And it is the sort of stuff that Parents can learn also, to de-mystify that "Scout Stuff", for use with their kids, and maybe help the Leaders also.
Come along to test your Skills, bring another (new) Leader (encourage your parents), or to try something without the Cubs looking over your shoulder. Do you know stuff? Come and help someone else.
The BBQ will be set up - Please BYO lunch to cook on the barbie if you wish. Or not. Tea and Coffee provided. Fridge and Microwave available, and don't forget to BYO water bottle too.
