Introducing an hour each Tuesday to be inspired and uplifted by a variety of relaxation/meditation group activities, facilitated by local qualified therapists and teachers.
Come along and enjoy a variety of relaxing group activities that are designed to help calm the mind, improve intuition and live in the moment. We use a blend of therapies to help de-stress and improve in overall wellbeing.
The theme for MARCH is Music – come along and enjoy 30 mins of listening and moving to carefully selected music with gentle guidance helping you to focus on different parts of the body, breathing, paying attention to emotions, inspired by freedom of movement and the elements of nature and sound.
APRIL is Art with a focus on family & self care – Clay & Painting with The Creative Counselling Room
MAY is Meaningful Culture with a focus on connection, identity and celebrating culture.
JUNE is Juggling CBT & ACT Mindfulness Activities – Become the Observer, Explore unhelpful and helpful thoughts & beliefs.
(All Ages & NDIS Participants Welcome – Valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Clearance, Please advise if you have a NDIS Plan)
Doors open @1pm for a 1:30pm start time - we accept card/cash payments at the DOOR.
Please feel free to bring along a yoga mat or cushion for comfort during the relaxation/meditation exercises. Please bring along a water bottle – Tea, herbal teas & coffee included.
