As we guide you with simple verbal cues, you’ll be inspired to move intuitively to a backdrop of a variety of props like silk scarves, ribbons and poi’s and carefully selected music.
Join mindfulness coach Krystal Georgina and I once a month on a Sunday at the local hall for a morning of connection, wonder and healing. We are excited to meet with you!
This is an all inclusive evidenced based creative arts workshop and please advise if you have a NDIS Plan and we will exchange accordingly.
