St Saviour's Cathedral is hosting three retreats for young adults in the ACT and NSW region across 2026. Each day begins and ends in worship, includes a reflective activity, and a chance to gather over a lunchtime meal.

This year, we are contemplating what it means to rest in Truth. Join us for a day to ponder, pray, and reflect on the loving presence of our God, whose light dispels lies. We look forward to exploring how we find rest in the Gospel and nourishment as we surround ourselves with its message of hope.

Across the cathedral grounds, there are various spaces for quiet contemplation, conversation and prayer. An itinerary will be provided on the day. However, you are very welcome to wander and enjoy the grounds at any point. Lunch will be provided during our mid-year retreat on July 11th. Tea and coffee will also be available.

This retreat does not have a cost, but we do encourage you to consider donating to the Cathedral.
