Dads Chat Deep Dive: Parenting Neurodivergent Children
This two-hour, in-person Deep Dive is for dads raising children with Autism, ADHD and AuDHD who want more than theory — they want tools that actually work.
We’ll unpack how to understand your child’s individual presentation within the collective traits of neurodivergence. Because no two ADHDers are the same. No two autistic kids are the same. And when we understand the why behind behaviour, everything shifts.
You’ll learn practical strategies to reframe challenging moments, affect match and modify your response, and create, carry and catch calm in real time. We’ll explore co-regulation through attachment-based play, and move into “more than words” — developing deeper, non-verbal ways of communicating safety, strength and connection with your child.
Expect hands-on activities, real conversations, laughter, honesty and practical takeaways — all delivered in the classic Dad’s Chat format.
Because that’s how we roll as a team of neuroDADvergent fathers who can creatively carve out better childhoods for our kids!
