Do you provide unpaid care supports to a loved one living in a residential aged care facility in the Swan Hill region?Are you interested in connecting with others who understand your experience?
Join us for an informal meet-up with fellow carers, the group facilitator, and a Carer Support Services worker.
Meet & Greet Lunch
Date: Monday 30 March
Time: From 12.30pm - lunch provided
Where: Swan Hill Club, 5/17 McCallum St, Swan Hill.
Together we can determine what the peer support group would look like.
The support group will be facilitated by Swan Hill District Health and supported by Carer Support Services Bendigo Health.
Registration essential by Monday 23 March.
