Join 2XU Triathlete Steph Tuttleby and Gold Coast Marathon Runner Becc Daly for an in-depth look on how to program for clients who have a running goal (distance goal or certain event).This session will provide you with the knowledge & understanding of how to safely program for a running goal. Giving you the ability to design run programs applying the following principles:
- Different session styles and intensities, gradually applying increases & building Km’s
- Running drills & technique cues
- Running activation & specific strength training work
- Injury prevention considerations
