About
OzHarvest’s NEST program is a fun and engaging way to learn healthy eating habits and how to prepare simple, low-cost meals—all in just six weeks! The program features interactive activities, practical cooking sessions, and the opportunity to share a meal together.This 6 week hands-on course is all about:
- Gaining confidence in the kitchen
- Learning to cook easy, affordable healthy meals
- Understanding food labels & planning meals
- Reducing food waste and saving $$$
- Meeting new people and sharing meals together
- Preschool aged children (3 - 5 years) are welcome to join in on the program
Sessions will run on Wednesdays 12.00pm - 2.30pm.
