Chiya Guff Run Club is proud to collaborate with Tasmania Police for an official Academy Fitness Testing & Recruitment Information Session.This session will be conducted at the Tasmania Police Academy and includes the official police fitness assessment, along with a recruitment briefing and Q&A.
Whether you are considering a career in policing or simply want to test yourself in a professional performance environment, this is a unique opportunity for our members.
The session will include:
• Beep Test
• Illinois Agility Test
• Broad Jump
• Hand Release Press (to cadence)
• Plank
• Grip Strength
Participants will also receive guidance on standards required, preparation tips, and insight into the police recruitment process.
