Learn how to photograph your artwork using just your smartphone in this practical workshop designed for artists.Participants will explore phone settings, lighting techniques, composition, and simple editing methods to create high-quality images of their work. The session includes live demonstrations and take-home handouts, giving you the skills and confidence to document your artwork professionally using accessible tools.
Topics include;
• What apps and phone settings to use
• What equipment is needed
• How to light 2D artworks using artificial and natural light
• How to create and compose engaging photos of artworks/exhibitions
• How to organise and edit images on your phone
• Dealing with tricky conditions (e.g. works behind glass)
