Presented in collaboration with West Australian Opera, participants will work closely with UWA Chair of Classical Voice, Lisa Harper-Brown, alongside special guest artists.

Through a series of workshops and masterclasses, students receive expert, individual feedback on their current vocal repertoire, with a strong focus on classical technique, style, and interpretation. Participants also have the opportunity to work alongside artists and educators from West Australian Opera, exploring story, music, and creative process.

Sessions will include:

• repertoire selection and preparation
• refining practice strategies
• breath, posture, and vocal technique
• mindset, anxiety, and performance presentation 
• working effectively with an accompanist
