Join us for a special story time with author, Josie Montano and illustrator, Kristen Willis as they read their picture book, Casa Mia. There will be a special craft after the story and we invite all ages to this free event.About The Book
Casa Mia is a heartwarming children’s picture book about family, memory, and the power of home. Young Carlo’s Nonno (grandpa) longs to return to his beloved home in Italy, but age and circumstance prevent him from traveling. Determined to bring a piece of Italy to his grandfather, Carlo embarks on a touching journey to redecorate Nonno’s aged care room with treasured keepsakes and mementos stored in the attic.
