🌿YOUR FACILITATORS🌿
🌿AYLO FAERIE
Aylo is a passionate nature-based mentor devoted to nurturing children through connection — to land, to self, and to community. With over 13 years’ experience working with children across Australia, Germany, the UK and China, she has supported young people in formal kindergarten, private care, and bush kindy settings.
As co-creator of Little Earthkeepers, Aylo guides children through singing, movement, storytelling, creative play, bush crafts and quiet observation, balancing gentle structure with spaciousness for curiosity and confidence to unfold.
She also runs regular Faerie Friends workshops in the Shire, bringing her quirky faerie character and a touch of magic to every gathering. Aylo believes childhood should be rich with muddy feet, open skies, wonder, and belonging — planting seeds of courage, reverence for the Earth and a little bit of faerie dust.
🌿 Sophie Sämrow
Sophie Sämrow is a heart-led somatic therapist, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, meditation and mindfulness teacher, and holistic health coach devoted to supporting emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and embodied connection to life — for both young and old.
As a trained TEFL and CELTA teacher, Sophie has years of experience working with children and adults across Germany, China, and Australia, bringing a warm, inclusive, and playful approach to learning, communication, and personal growth. Her work bridges therapeutic practice, education, and nature connection, honouring learning as a whole-body experience.
As co-creator of Little Earth Keepers Bush School, Sophie weaves mindfulness-based breathing, gentle meditation, emotional literacy, nature crafts, storytelling, movement, and sensory play into each gathering — offering children practical tools to regulate their nervous systems, express their feelings, and build resilience in a nurturing and joyful environment.
Her passion lies in supporting children to learn while playing, develop confidence through connection, and cultivate a felt sense of safety within themselves and with the Earth. Sophie believes that when children are given space to explore, breathe, create, and belong, they naturally grow into grounded, compassionate, and curious humans.
Through Little Earth Keepers, she lovingly holds spaces where muddy feet, open hearts, imagination, and mindful awareness come together — planting seeds of self-trust, emotional intelligence, and reverence for the living world.
