About
We've been busy cultivating the community native food garden at Kathleen Syme and now it's time to harvest.Using the Native Food Forest we are joined by educators from the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung organisation and Killara with GROW Gardens to develop a greater knowledge of the native plants we've grown and their uses.
Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Education Session
Join educators from our Wurundjeri traditional owner organisation in a one-off session allowing you to experience a range of learning of the Wurundjeri People. Educators will share knowledge about native plants, botanicals and their many uses.
Killara/Grow Garden Harvest Session
The second half of this workshop invites you to taste some of the plants we have been growing over the past 6 months in the Native Food Forest. Experience their flavour profiles and use them in the kitchen.
