Maria Esguerra is a cult survivor. Born into the Children of God cult, she was raised to fear the outside world. Escaping at 22 yrs old with her two children, Maria is now a psychologist, director, and Australian leading expert on cult awareness. This presentation discusses her experience, signs of cultic behaviour, coercive relationships, and recovery. Learn why and how cults target and recruit.
