Join us for a Sunray Women's Circle, on Saturday 21st March an afternoon with Lena and Emma from Soul Led Sisters.

An intentional space where you'll be gently guided to pause, reflect and maybe reconnect to parts of yourself that have felt a little lost.

You can expect movement, sound, gentle breathwork and journaling - followed by tea and treats.
